If you are returning items beyond this time frame, it may be necessary for ModDeals.com to mail a check to your billing address. Unfortunately, we do not accept returned merchandise that has had tags removed or has been washed, worn or altered.

Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. If you are exchanging a product, the exchange section of the form must be filled out properly. Return-forms filled out with incorrect or missing exchange information may delay your exchange.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS:
In the event an order is shipped with incorrect or damaged items, please contact Customer Service a Shipping Label may be provided.
In the event the customer requests to exchange their original order, or a portion of their original order for different items; the customer is responsible for all return-shipping fees. Once we receive the package, we will exchange your items and ship them back to you at no additional cost. We recommend avoiding OUT OF STOCK issues by purchasing the new items you want to exchange as soon as possible.
In the event a refund is requested, it will be issued minus original shipping costs.
All swimwear must have the hygienic protection tag or insert remain inside the swimwear to be issued a full refund. If this is removed, tampered, or missing the product cannot be returned and you will not be issued a full refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
